OUR RECENT SUCCESSES We have just completed a Company restructure where a new company has been formed and the shares in the existing company have been taken over, and the assets transferred up to the new holding company, thus ring fencing them. We have completed a long standing tax case with the Special Compliance Office, which resulted in them agreeing to our original proposals made at the outset of the case. We have just completed two Due Diligence reports for clients, to their complete satisfaction. One a simple takeover, has now completed successfully, the other, a more complex multi-million pound deal, is currently still under negotiation with the Finance Houses. At the request of a National Charity, we performed a recruitment exercise to replace their leaving internal accountant. We reviewed the applications, assisted with the interviews of our short listed candidates and finally provided our recommendation. We were pleased to see that our recommendation was selected and is now working successfully within that client's office. We have just completed the latest year of Self Assessment, and have submitted in excess of 1400 tax returns. Our greatest tribute is that our clients stay with us, and this is because we provide the type of service that they want, and are friendly and appreciable, whether they are our biggest or smallest client. We are part of their team, and as such a valuable asset to them.
